Welcome! Thank you for your interest in our services! Bubbly Camper Co is a mobile Beverage Caterer & Bartending company. Due to Colorado law, we cannot purchase alcohol for you. Bubbly Camper Co. will work with you to create an amazing bubbly experience with your beer and wine selections. After creating your beer and wine list all you have to do is provide the payment to the vendor and we will take care of the rest!

Submit an inquiry via our “Contact Us” form, the very first step is for you to reach out and tell us about your event! You’ll also have an opportunity to schedule a call with us to discuss the specifics of what you are looking for, for the day of your event.

PROPOSAL
Based on the information you provide in your inquiry and/or phone consultation, we’ll assemble a package and pricing information for you to review.

CONTRACT & DEPOSIT
Once you are 101% excited about your planned experience, you’ll sign the agreement and pay a 50% deposit. After you’ve done these two things your date will officially be reserved and you’ll have booked Bubbly Camper Co for your event!

FINALIZE DETAILS
About 60-90 days before your event (or less if you book closer to your date) we’ll need to finalize event details. We know a lot can still be up in the air if you’re booking a year in advance! If you have reserved our hair and makeup team we will need a final count on guest and services requested no later than 30 days prior to the event date to ensure we have the correct number of hair and makeup artists needed for the event date. We will require a final number of attendees 30 days prior to your event to ensure the appropriate amount of beverages have been purchased.

EVENT EXECUTION
We show up two hours before beverage service is set to begin, receive the alcohol order, and get set up. Then, come game time, One of our TIPS certified bartenders will be posted at the camper prior to your event starting and will remain with the camper until the end of your rental time. we serve you and your guests the beverage experience you dreamed of! It’s that easy!

Bubbly Bartenders: $35 an hour (does not include gratuity)
Large Yard Game Rental: $45 each
Bubbly Camper Only: $500 Must have an approved TIPs certified bartender that is provided by a licensed and insured vendor company (this is ONLY to use the Bubbly Camper. This DOES NOT include anything in the Bubbly Camper packages including consultation to discuss event details, menu creation, shopping list with quantities & suggestions, basic eco friendly plastic cups, white cocktail napkins with Bubbly Camper Co logo, CO2, water station, tools, cooler, ice, prep, white commercial trash can, breakdown, generator, TIPS certified bartender.)

BUBBLY BASIC- (PRICE MAY VARY DEPENDING ON THE NUMBER OF GUESTS & HOURS REQUESTED) Bubbly basic includes consultation to discuss event details, menu creation, shopping list with quantities & suggestions, 3 hours of service, set up of Bubbly Camper at your event location, basic eco friendly plastic cups, white cocktail napkins with Bubbly Camper Co logo, CO2, custom keg coolers, water station, tools, cooler, ice, prep, white commercial trash can, breakdown, removal of Bubbly camper, generator, TIPS certified bartender, general liability, liquor liability insurance up to 2 million, 25 miles each way are all included! Each mile after 50 miles will be $2 a mile. A lodging stipend will be requested for any travel over 2 hours one-way from Steamboat Springs, Co. Bubbly Camper will provide the TIPs certified bartender unless Bubbly Camper Co approves a TIPs certified bartender that is provided by a licensed and insured vendor company. The package price does not include gratuity for the bartender.
BUBBLES & GAMES-(PRICE MAY VARY DEPENDING ON THE NUMBER OF GUESTS & HOURS REQUESTED) Bubbles & games package includes 4 large yard games with the Bubbly logo (Corn hole, Connect 4, Jenga & Kubb), consultation to discuss event details, menu creation, shopping list with quantities & suggestions, 3 hours of service, set up of Bubbly Camper at your event location, basic eco friendly plastic cups, white cocktail napkins with Bubbly Camper Co logo, CO2, custom keg coolers, water station, tools, cooler, ice, prep, white commercial trash can, breakdown, removal of Bubbly camper, generator, TIPS certified bartender, general liability, liquor liability insurance up to 2 million, 25 miles each way are all included! Bubbly Camper Co offers several different packages that you can choose from based off of what your needs are for your special event. Please fill out the contact form so we can send you a quote. If you need additional hours and/or services that are not listed in our package examples we can certainly build a custom package for your event!
Depending on the sparkling wine or beer you select, the price per keg will vary ($70.00-$304.00). Keep in mind, a single keg of sparkling wine serves approximately 130 servings, and a single keg of beer serves approximately 55 servings.
